Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply when you use genexsolution.com or hire Genex Solution for Shopify design, setup, product listing, SEO, image editing or related services.

Our services

We provide Shopify store design, setup, product listing, SEO, product image editing and related digital services. The exact scope, price and timeline of each project are agreed with you in writing (by WhatsApp, email or a Fiverr order) before work starts.

Orders through Fiverr

If you order through Fiverr, Fiverr’s Terms of Service, payment protection and resolution process apply to that order in addition to these terms.

Direct projects

We share a quote with the scope, price and delivery time before starting.
Work begins after the agreed payment or deposit is received.
Delays in providing content, access or feedback may extend the delivery time.
Revisions are included as stated in the quote. Extra work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately.

Your responsibilities

Provide accurate information, content and store access needed for the project.
Make sure you have the rights to any logos, images, text and products you give us.
Keep your Shopify plan, apps and third-party subscriptions active and paid.

Third-party platforms

Shopify, apps and themes are owned by their providers. We are not responsible for changes, outages or fees from these third parties.

Results

We work hard to build stores that look great and convert well, but we cannot guarantee specific sales, rankings or advertising results, as these depend on many factors outside our control.

Intellectual property

Once a project is fully paid, you own the final design work we create for your store. We may show the work in our portfolio with client names and domains hidden, unless you ask us not to.
