Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your store. This policy explains how refunds work for Genex Solution services.

Fiverr orders

Orders placed on Fiverr are covered by Fiverr’s own cancellation and refund rules. Please use Fiverr’s Resolution Center for any order there, and feel free to message us first so we can fix the issue.

Direct projects

• Before work starts: you can cancel for a full refund of any payment made.
• After work has started: you may receive a partial refund for the part of the work not yet completed, based on the progress at the time of cancellation.
• After delivery: completed and delivered work is not refundable, but we will provide the revisions included in your quote to make sure the work matches what was agreed.

Not refundable

• Third-party costs paid on your behalf, such as Shopify plans, themes, apps or domains
• Work delayed or cancelled because required content or access was not provided

How to request a refund

Contact us at support@genexsolution.com or WhatsApp +880 1827-204941 with your project details. We aim to reply within 2 business days, and approved refunds are sent back using the original payment method.
